Magik products and services include Website Design, Mobile Apps, SEO/ AdWords Strategies, Web Application Development, Social Media Strategies, Graphic Design and Web Hosting.

Who We Need

We are looking for an outgoing Sales & Accounts Manager who can consult with business owners to use Magik and our services to boost their online presence and grow their businesses. If you can consult and sell digital solutions, are an competitive achiever, and can provide excellent customer value and service, then we’d like to talk with you!

Minimum 2 years Sales experience required.

Which Skills You Need

  • Good knowledge of digital media such as website solutions, SEO, Apps, the internet and current market trends.
  • Ability to instantly analyse website and digital media requests and make decisions.
  • Technical literacy and good computer skills.
  • A proven track record in sales and acquisition and an understanding of the sales cycle.
  • Great people skills, with an opportunity driven but friendly approach.
  • Excellent communication skills and good phone manners.
  • Ability to establish priorities to meet goals and handle multiple accounts simultaneously.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, and be able to work under pressure.
  • A professional approach to dealing with clientele and the ability to see deals go through to completion.
  • Ability to consistently meet projected monthly sales targets.

You do not need advanced website development skills in order to apply but a basic knowledge of web design and good understanding of the current digital media world is required!

What The Role Involves

- Managing the consultation and sale of all Magik services such as website solutions, online marketing (SEO), mobile apps etc.

- Identify potential clientele and act swiftly in order to generate new business opportunities. This includes finding new opportunities and cold calling.

- Act swiftly on supplied leads and existing client opportunities.

- Managing client accounts using our Customer Relationship Management software: Touching base with clients regularly to optimise our service, generate repeat business, and build genuine relationships.

- Increasing Magik New Media brand awareness by active networking and representing Magik during conferences and networking events.

Further Requirements

Valid driver’s license and your own vehicle for client meetings.
